Dan Nagle Announces Candidacy for Wake County District Court Judge
Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - 7 October 2011 - Dan Nagle, an assistant district attorney with the Wake County District Attorney’s Office, has
announced that in 2012, he will run for the seat now held by retiring district court judge Jane Gray.
Currently Nagle serves as assistant district attorney with the Wake County District Attorney’s Office. After 28 years of service as a law
enforcement officer, Nagle retired as Major with the Wake County Sheriff’s Office under Sheriff Donnie Harrison.
Nagle previously ran for district court judge against Kris Bailey and was narrowly defeated receiving 90,554 of 185, 259 (49%) votes in the general
election.
"After decades of public service, both as law enforcement officer and assistant district attorney, I will bring a unique perspective to the bench
unparalleled by any other candidate," Nagle said.
